About the document
This guide systematizes approaches used by organizations to adopt generative AI as of 2025 and presents them as a snapshot of current practice.
Based on knowledge obtained through interviews with companies, it organizes the technologies, processes and organizational initiatives needed to use generative AI, including AI agents, systematically and operate it safely. It also contains corporate case studies and a development record for a chatbot designed to support foreign residents.
